Did you like the High School Musical reference up there? I did.
Alrighty, here we go.
This is me:
I mean, this photo is from the end of August, so it's a bit out-dated. Honestly, though, the only other photos I have are from the hospital last week (we'll get into that later) and I really look horrible. In this photo, it's unfiltered, and I'm pretty sure the only makeup I'm wearing is lip gloss, so it's a pretty normal day for me.
A big part of doing this blog is to be open and vulnerable about life and myself, and I'm going to explain why.
Growing up, I've dealt with so many things that life has thrown my way. I've had a lot of health issues, and a lot of emotional, personal, and relationship issues. Everyone I talk to seems to tell me that my life should be a movie, or I should write a book about all of the crap I've been through.
This blog is kind of a chance for me to do just that. I want to write a memoir about my life, but I have no clue where to start. Plus, I know if I'm doing it just for me, then it won't end up happening. As open of a person as I may be, there's actually a lot of things I haven't dealt with in my past and going back to visit them is incredibly difficult.
Well, my goal is to use the lessons I've learned and discuss them here. By doing that, I hope to learn something new and help others learn something new.
Oh! And one more thing. Ask me questions! I love to answer questions of all types. There are so many different ways to get in contact with me. I have a contact option through the blog, there's links to my Facebook page, my Instagram, or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you stick around!
